The form takes about a minute. What helps most:

• What is happening, in your words. “Water coming from under the sink” is enough.
• Where you are: the urbanisation or the street.
• A photo, if you can. Half the jobs we get are diagnosed from a photo before we leave Calahonda, which means we arrive with the right part instead of turning up to look at it and coming back Thursday.
• Whether it is urgent. Say so in the first line. Water where it should not be, or no water at all, and we will come to it before anything else.

We read every one. Usually you will hear back inside fifteen minutes during the day.

If it cannot wait

Water going somewhere it should not: turn it off first. The stop tap is normally under the kitchen sink, in a utility cupboard, or at the meter where the supply enters the property. In an apartment block there is often a communal shut-off as well.

Then send the form. A photo of where the water is coming from tells us more in one glance than a paragraph of description.

When we are out

Two of us. If we are both under a sink, the phone rings out, which is exactly why the form exists. Nothing is lost. It arrives, we read it, we ring you.

Outside 08:00 to 20:00 the phone goes to a message. Sunday is emergency callouts only. We would rather say that than pretend to be a twenty-four hour outfit, because the first person who tests it would find out.

Calahonda (we are based here), Riviera del Sol, Miraflores, Cabopino, Artola, La Cala de Mijas, La Cala Golf, Elviria, Las Chapas and Torrenueva. Fuengirola at the edge of the ring. We will come, but only if we can give you a real time.

If you are outside that, we will tell you rather than take the booking.
