What we collect

When you send the enquiry form we receive what you type into it: your name, a way to contact you, the address or area of the job, and any photographs you attach. That is all.

We do not run advertising trackers. We do not build a profile of you. We do not sell anything to anyone.

Why we keep it

To do the job, to quote for it, and to come back to you. If you become a customer, we keep the record for as long as the work might need revisiting.

Cookies

The site sets no tracking cookies of its own. The enquiry form is served by a third party in a pop-up frame, and that provider may set its own cookies to work. If your browser blocks third-party cookies the form may not submit, in which case use the phone number.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Ask, and we will action it.

Contact

Use the form on the contact page, or the phone number in the footer.
