The information here is provided in good faith and describes how we usually work. It is not a quotation, and no price on this site is binding until we have confirmed it to you directly.

Quotes and pricing

A price we give you on the phone, by message or in person is the price for the work described at that time. If we open something up and find the job is not what it looked like, we stop and discuss it with you before doing anything further. The price does not change without your agreement.

Access and parking

We need reasonable access to the work area and somewhere to park. On urbanisations where parking is restricted, please tell us before we set off so we can plan around it.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel, tell us as early as you can. If we have already bought parts for your job we may ask you to cover their cost.

Liability

We carry out work with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for pre-existing faults in pipework or appliances that we did not install and were not asked to inspect.

Complaints

Tell us first. Most problems are ours to put right and we would rather fix them than argue about them.
